Snow Leopard Designs is a design studio based in London that specializes in producing beautiful fabric collections inspired by exotic cultures from far away lands and distant mountains and valleys. The Snow Leopard archive is a vast resource containing many thousands of antique designs, fabrics, prints, and paintings that inspire our exciting collections. The archive includes hundreds of luscious 19th century English and French floral chintzes, wallpapers, and paintings. Antique silk brocades and murals from China and Tibet. 19th century Japanese woodblock prints and original paintings and drawings by the great masters: Hokusai, Hiroshige, and Kuniyoshi. A vast range of 19th century English botanical illustration made by the great Victorian explorers and plant hunters, and beautiful fabrics and rugs from the Middle East. The designs are all carefully hand painted and colored in our studio in both traditional and contemporary styles ensuring a continuation of these great artistic traditions from the past, while looking to the design needs of the future.
